This Quality Policy is considered a company management tool to achieve its objectives
and defines the priority activities in quality management:

Optimization of organizational management structure for the company and allocation of resources for the efficient operation of the quality system.

Compliance with the requirements, implemented SOPs, directions, and guidelines of the management.

Selection of worthy suppliers of services and materials with a positive reputation in the market.

Constant upgrade of qualifications and competencies of the company’s employees as required by the internal company policy.

Support and ensuring of the personal interest of each employee in the results of their work and creation of working conditions which promote high-quality and safe performance.
